Description

Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne tietokoneista ja niihin liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1 (Liite 1 Hankittavat tuotteet ja vähimmäisvaatimukset). Hankintayksikkö valitsee sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää hankintasopimuksen ehtojen huomioon ottamista ja hyväksymistä. Malli hankintasopimuksesta on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 13 . Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus on n. 10 000 000 €. Sopimuskausi on 01.12.2025 - 30.11.2028. Sopimuskausi alkaa kuitenkin aikaisintaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua hankintasopimuksen. Hankintasopimus tehdään tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan mallin mukaisesti (liite 13). Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan: -tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteiden numerointi saattaa poiketa solmittavan hankintasopimuksen liitteiden numeroinnista - hankintasopimukseen ei lisätä muita liitteitä kuin ne mitä on esitetty tässä tarjouspyynnössä - mikäli hankintasopimukseen lisätään muita liitteitä, niistä sovitaan yhdessä molempien osapuolten kesken
