Hankintayksikkö kilpailutti tietokoneet ja niihin liittyvät palvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta toteutettiin Hanselin perustaman Tietokoneet 2023-2027 (DPS) yhteishankinnan sisäisenä kilpailutuksena. Hankittavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset kuvattiin liitteissä Asiakkaan hankinnan kohde ja Hankittavat tuotteet ja vähimmäisvaatimukset. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus on n. 3000 laitetta (kannettavat tietokoneet, pöytäkoneet ja näytöt yhteensä) vuodessa. Sopimuskausi on 12 kuukautta sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta. Sopimuskautta voidaan pidentää kahdella enintään yhden (1) vuoden pituisella optio-kaudella. Hankintasopimus tehtiin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan mallin mukaisesti.
