Description

Hankinna kohteena Cook and Chill -menetelmällä valmistettuja aterioita ja niiden toimittamista asiakkaiden kotiin. Kotiin toimitettavalla aterialla tarkoitetaan yksittäispakattua, yhtä päivän pääateriaa, jonka tulee ateriakokonaisuutena kattaa noin kolmannes päivän energian ja ravintoaineiden tarpeesta. Asiakas voi lämmittää ateriansa oman aikataulunsa mukaan. Kotiateriapalvelun tarve voi syntyä yllättäen tai siihen siirrytään suunnitellusti henkilön toimintakyvyn heiketessä. Ateriapalvelun voi saada hyvinvointialueen myöntämisperusteiden mukaisesti. Tilaaja määrittelee palvelun piiriin kuuluvat Asiakkaat ja pudotuspaikat sopimuskauden aikana. Asiakkaat määrittelevät tilaamiensa aterioiden määrät. Palveluun kuuluvia aterioita valmistavan yrityksen tulee täyttää elintarvikelain (297/2021) ja Maa- ja metsätalousministeriön elintarvikehygieniasta annetun asetuksen (318/2021) mukaiset rakenteelliset ja toiminnalliset vaatimukset elintarvikehuoneistosta, elintarvikkeiden laadusta, käsittelyhygieniasta, säilytyksestä ja kuljetuksesta sekä omavalvonnasta. Aterioiden tuotanto- ja välivarastointitilojen tulee olla elintarviketoimintaan soveltuvia. Palvelun sisältö tarkemmin liitteessä "Palvelunkuvaus" Kotiin toimitettavat ateriat: Seinäjoki, Peräseinäjoki, Ylistaro, Isokyrö, Ilmajoki; Kurikka, Kauhajoki, Teuva, Jalasjärvi, Jurva Optiona voidaan liittää Isojoki ja Karijoki mukaan eteläisen alueen toimituksiin; Lapua, Kauhava, Alajärvi, Lappajärvi, Lehtimäki Optiona: Ähtäri, Alavus, Kuortane ja Soini
