Description

Tällä kilpailutuksella Heka hankkii kokonaispalvelun yhden palveluntuottajan kanssa asuntonäyttöjen toteuttamiseksi. HEKAn tavoitteena on saada hankittavan palvelun avulla näkemys asuntojen hinta-laatusuhteesta sekä nostaa asuntokannan vuokrausastetta merkittävästi pilottiin valittujen kohteiden osalta. HEKAn strategisena tavoitteena on säilyttää asuntokantansa kohtuuhintaisuus vaikeassa markkinatilanteessa. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöllä ja sen liitteillä. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 6 kk ja sen jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana 3 kk molemminpuolisella irtisanomisajalla.
