Description

Suomessa ulkoisen säteilyn annosnopeutta valvotaan reaaliaikaisella ja koko maan kattavalla mittausasemaverkolla. Tähän Säteilyturvakeskuksen (STUK) ylläpitämään automaattiseen valvontaverkkoon kuuluu noin 260 mittausasemaa. Mittausasema koostuu säteilymittausanturin lisäksi keskusyksiköstä. Asemien keskusyksiköt on asennettu pääosin sisätiloihin, pieni osa ulkotiloihin. Hankittava asennuspalvelu sisältää laitekaapin elektroniikkalevyn, antennin ja anturin kytkentäkotelon vaihtamisen uuteen. STUK toimittaa valitulle toimittajalle asennettavat laitteistot. Vaihtamiseen kuuluvat seuraavat vaiheet: 1. Vanhan elektroniikkalevyn ja oheislaitteiden irrotus 2. Uuden elektroniikkalevyn asennus ja oheislaitteiden kiinnittäminen 3. Antennin ja anturin kytkentäkotelon asennus ulkotiloihin 4. Sähköturvallisuustestit asennetulle laitteille 5. Asennustyön dokumentointi 6. Joitakin pienempiä tehtäviä ohjeistuksen mukaisesti (lisätiedot tarjouspyynnössä). Hankinta sisältää noin 220 laitteiston asennuksen. Asemat sijaitsevat eri puolella Suomea. Listaus asemien sijainneista toimitetaan tarjouspyynnössä. Asemat sijaitsevat osittain paikoissa, joihin asentajalta saatetaan vaatia turvallisuusselvitykset. Turvallisuusselvitysten hankkimisesta seuraavien viranomaisten osalta vastaa valittu toimittaja: - Pelastus, Raja, PV, HÄKE Asennuksia toteuttavilla henkilöillä on oltava hyvä suomen kielen kirjallinen ja suullinen taito.
