Description

Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (HAMK) pyytää tarjouksia Riihimäen asemakampus -hankkeen pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelusta tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Peruskorjattavaan ja laajennettavaan kiinteistöön sijoittuu HAMKin Riihimäen kampuksen toiminnot. Hankkeen kokonaislaajuus on noin 6700 m2. Peruskorjattavat tilat 5700 m2 sisältäen yhteiset huoltotilat ja laajennus 1000 m2. Hankeen suunnittelutoimeksiantojen suorittamiseen liittyvät keskeiset tiedot, hankkeen- ja suunnittelun organisointi ja suunnittelun lähtökohdat ja tavoitteet sekä suunnittelutehtävien laajuus ja tehtävien suorittamiseen liittyvät tiedot on ilmoitettu tämän tarjouspyynnön liiteasiakirjana olevassa hankkeen suunnitteluohjelmassa ja muissa tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Rakennuttaja edellyttää, että suunnittelija ottaa huomioon suunnittelussa rakentamisen työturvallisuuden. Hankkeen suunnittelumuotona on jaettu suunnittelu ja alustavana toteutusmuotona on jaettu urakka. Suunnittelu alkaa helmikuussa 2026 ja tilojen on suunniteltu olevan valmiit käyttöönotettavaksi vuoden 2028 alussa.
