Description

Cet appel d’offres vise ainsi à procéder à la sélection d’un soumissionnaire en mesure de fournir une solution adéquate et d’accompagner un projet de changement du progiciel comptable intégré conformément aux bonnes pratiques en matière de gestion de projet dans une approche SaaS. Le logiciel de gestion des transports (TMS) vise à optimiser l’expédition des marchandises tout en respectant les contraintes réglementaires. Actuellement, la gestion des transports à l’IMAD repose sur des processus manuels ou partiellement informatisés, limitant la visibilité, la traçabilité et l’efficacité des trajets. Avec un volume important de livraisons multisites, incluant des produits spécifiques comme les dispositifs médicaux, une solution adaptée est essentielle pour coordonner et optimiser ces opérations. Fonctionnalités principales attendues : § Planification optimisée des itinéraires et chargements en fonction des contraintes logistiques (lieu géographique des demandeurs, capacité des véhicules, type de marchandises, délais). § Génération automatique des documents d’expédition, incluant bons de livraison et étiquettes conformes aux réglementations. § Suivi des coûts de transport, avec analyse des écarts entre coûts prévus et réels pour optimiser les dépenses. § Gestion des retours de marchandises, avec un suivi détaillé pour améliorer la satisfaction client et réduire les délais. § Prise en charge des réglementations (restrictions environnementales, sécurité, temps de conduite, poids et volume). § Suivi des marchandises en transit, assurant une visibilité continue sur les livraisons.
