Dans le cadre de sa politique et activités de maintenance pilotée par le Pôle Support Maintenance, la Direction des Infrastructures souhaite renforcer la continuité de service, l’évolution et l’amélioration continue des méthodes de maintenance ainsi que des outils supports aux activités de maintenance, de pilotage et de support opérationnel. Pour ce faire, GA recherche un mandataire pouvant proposer les trois profils suivants : 1) Business Analyst en coordination programme GMAO ; 2) Business Analyst en développement de prestations techniques ; 3) Consultant Data Reporting en expertise PowerBI. Le périmètre couvre notamment le support aux outils GMAO CARL Source, CARL Touch et CARL Flash, le Portail « Travaux et Dépannages - DI » sous ServiceNow, les outils de Reporting Power BI / WEBI / BIRT, les méthodes maintenance ainsi que les processus associés à la centrale d’appel 7575 et aux prestations techniques de la Direction Infrastructures. Le projet inclut également le développement du catalogue de prestations techniques ainsi que la mise en œuvre d’un portail ouvert vers l’externe, destiné aux grands demandeurs, concessions et compagnies aériennes opérant sur la plateforme aéroportuaire.
