Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Canton of Geneva is procuring services to implement and manage the Geneva Health Network, one of the two pillars of the Béluga project, alongside the Geneva Health Fund (Caisse Santé Genève), whose separate tender is published under Simap No 44094. The network aims to improve coordination and continuity of care, strengthen prevention and the management of chronic diseases, and promote more efficient use of health system resources. With over 200,000 people, or 38% of the population, receiving health insurance subsidies in 2025, the goal is a more sustainable, efficient and accessible health model, ultimately allowing members of the alternative insurance model to pay a LAMal premium 20% below the cantonal average.
