Description

Le présent appel d’offres porte sur les prestations d’études, de conception et de coordination nécessaires à la réalisation du projet « Bâtiment Logistique + PIF + Station de recharge » situé sur le secteur P47-P49, dans le cadre du programme « Pôle EST » de Genève Aéroport. Le projet consiste à construire les infrastructures pour les activités des intégrateurs DHL et FedEx, pour la centrale logistique de Genève Aéroport, ainsi que pour le nouveau PIF principal. L’ouvrage devra optimiser les surfaces opérationnelles, garantir la qualité des circulations et des manœuvres, et répondre aux exigences architecturales, environnementales et fonctionnelles de Genève Aéroport. Le périmètre global du marché comprend également une station de recharge électrique pour véhicules légers. Le présent appel d’offres se décompose en trois lots : - Lot 1 : Architecte - Lot 2 : Ingénieur civil - Lot 3 : Ingénieurs techniques Le présent marché couvre exclusivement les prestations d’études SIA 31, 32, 33 et 41. Les phases SIA 51, 52 et 53 seront réalisées par une Entreprise Totale (ET), adjudicataire d’un marché distinct. Pour les phases SIA 51, 52 et 53, certains mandataires des lots 1 et 3 interviendront en assistance qualité, en appui au maître d’ouvrage, pour le contrôle de la conformité architecturale, technique et fonctionnelle avec la conformité du cahier des charges. Lot 3 : Ingénieurs techniques * Ingénieur Chauffage-Ventilation-Climatisation - Coordination technique /Direction des installations techniques * Ingénieur Sanitaire / Sprinkler - Eventuellement sous-traitant * Ingénieur électricité - Eventuellement sous-traitant * Ingénieur AdB / MCR - Eventuellement sous-traitant Le soumissionnaire doit impérativement indiquer le nom et l’adresse du sous-traitant auquel il entend recourir pour l’ingénieur électricité.
