Dans le cadre du projet « Pôle Technique Nord », le marché faisant l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerne les prestations pour le Mandat d’Architecte pour les phases SIA 31 à 53 selon description du Cahier de charges. GA a choisi une ET pour l’exécution. Les prestations du mandataire Architecte pour les phases de réalisation (SIA 51 à 53) seront celles d’accompagnement en tant qu’AMO qualité. Le projet de construction concerne une partie des bâtiments de la zone nord : * En tranche ferme : Bâtiment OAE (opérations, entretien piste et horticulture), Bâtiment BATO I (Mécanique GA, stockage IBA), Annexe SSLIA (Appui opérationnel et formation), Déchetterie industrielle, Déchetterie OAE et Bâtiment Stockage IEL. * En tranche conditionnelle : Bâtiment BATO II (Mécanique des agents d’assistance (AA), Bâtiment BATO III (Serrurerie GA, Serrurerie FM et Pôle lettrage). Le mandat inclus les prestations de: · Architecte · Coordination / Direction générale du projet · Spécialiste façade (évent. sous-traitant) · Spécialiste acoustique (évent. sous-traitant) · Expert en protection incendie (évent. sous-traitant) · Physicien du bâtiment (évent. sous-traitant) · Coordinateur DGNB (évent. sous-traitant) · Spécialiste environnement (évent. sous-traitant) · Spécialiste bas carbone (évent. sous-traitant).
