La Grande Salle d’Ollon est une salle communale multifonctions permettant l’accueil de multiples activités sportives et de spectacle pour les sociétés de la Commune d’Ollon. Construite en 1948 et ayant subi plusieurs rénovations de natures diverses au fil de son exploitation, la Grande Salle d’Ollon doit aujourd’hui être rénover de manière importante. Dans ce contexte, la Commune d’Ollon et son Service des Bâtiment A étudié les possibilités de développement dudit bâtiment pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins d’exploitation et de mise en conformité. Dans le cadre des marchés publics, le Maitre d’Ouvrage prévoit de mettre en concurrence le mandat de planification générale en tant qu’architecte avec la mission de pilote du projet et de pilote du groupe des mandataires qui seront désignés ultérieurement avec le Maitre d’Ouvrage. Le Maitre d’Ouvrage prévoit de confier les missions complètes des phases SIA 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 & 53 au soumissionnaire du présent marché ayant déposé l’offre la plus avantageuse.
