Articles jetables pour la restauration Le présent marché porte sur la fourniture et la livraison de contenants alimentaires biodégradables ainsi que des films associés, destinés à l’utilisation au sein des établissements publics pour l’intégration (EPI). Les produits doivent être compatibles avec les usages en restauration collective, notamment la conservation, la réfrigération, la congélation, le réchauffage et le thermoscellage. Le marché comprend également l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires à la livraison, incluant le conditionnement, le transport et le déchargement. Les exigences techniques, fonctionnelles et organisationnelles sont définies dans le cahier des charges et ses annexes.
