Строк поставки товарів: до 31.10.2026 року; Товар поставляється згідно з установленими нормами відвантаження у тарі / упаковці, яка забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування, вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт та зберігання в межах термінів, встановлених стандартами та технічними умовами. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК гарантує та підтверджує, що Товар, який є предметом цього Договору, не має походження з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран, а також бере на себе повну відповідальність за достовірність інформації щодо країни походження Товару та її відповідність вимогам законодавства України й умовам цього Договору Умови оплати: Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної Постачальника, яка виписується у відповідності до Специфікації. Замовник здійснює оплату за одержаний Товар шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 банківських днів з моменту передачі Товару і підписання видаткової накладної. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок.
