Předmětem Zakázky jsou stavební úpravy v 1.NP Objektu E nacházejícím se v areálu zadavatele, tj. v areálu Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny na adrese Vídeňská 1958/9, 140 21 Praha 4 - Krč, spočívající v přestavbě stávající jednotky intenzivní péče („JIP“) formou generální rekonstrukce. V rámci této rekonstrukce bude zřízeno pracoviště transplantační JIP o celkové kapacitě 15 lůžek s potřebným personálním a pacientským zázemím. Navržené stavební úpravy zohledňují soudobé provozní požadavky se zohledněním návrhu vzduchotechnického přetlakového konceptu čistých zdravotnických prostor.
