Description

Die bestehende Drucksteigerungsanlage Burgerhof befindet sich unmittelbar beim bestehenden Hochbehälter Burgerhof alt. Aufgrund des baulichen Zustandes der bestehenden Anlage wird diese durch eine neue Drucksteigerungsanlage einschließlich des zugehörigen Gebäudes ersetzt. Beim den bestehenden Quellsammelschächten der Quelle Luegbauer und Gattringerquelle sind an der Deckenunterkante an mehreren Stellen Betonabplatzungen vorhanden. Teilweise liegt die Bewehrung frei und weist Korrosionserscheinungen auf. Aufgrund des baulichen Zustandes werden die beiden Quellsammelschächte im Zuge des gegenständlichen Projektes erneuert. Im Zuge der Erneuerung des Quellsammelschachtes der Gattringerquelle wird zusätzlich die bestehende Zulaufleitung von der Quelle zum Hochbehälter saniert. Die bestehende Asbestzementleitung DN/OD 178 wird durch eine neue PE-Leitung DN/OD 160 mm ersetzt. Im Bereich Vogelsangweg/Lastenstraße kam es an der bestehenden Wasserleitung im Bereich der Gleisanlagen der ÖBB zu einem Rohrbruch. Im Zuge des gegenständlichen Projektes wird der betroffene Leitungsabschnitt DN/OD 110 mm saniert und damit die dauerhafte Funktions- und Betriebssicherheit der Wasserversorgungsleitung wiederhergestellt.
