Art der Leistung Neubau Mensa/OGs an der Grundschule Uffeln - Elektro Umfang der Leistung Die geplante Baumaßnahme beinhaltet den Neubau bzw. Anbau einer offenen Ganztagsschule mit Mensa an das vorhandene Gebäude der Grundschule Uffeln in Vlotho. Der Neubau erstreckt sich über zwei Geschosse (EG und OG). Es werden Lernräume und -bereiche, eine Mensa mit Küche, Büros, WC-Einheiten und Lager- sowie Technikräume geschaffen. Das Gebäude ist in zwei Brandabschnitte unterteilt. Die Mensa/OGs soll autark betrachtet werden und bekommt somit einen separaten Hausanschluss. Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung wird mit dezentralen Zentralen ausgestattet im Neubau und mit den Zentralen im Schulgebäude vernetzt. Die Zentralen für die SAA-Anlage und den Hausalarm befinden sich im Schulgebäude und versorgen den Neubau der Mensa/OGs. Die Ausführung der SAA-Anlage sowie des Hausalarmes ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung, sondern wird separat vergeben.
