Expected award price
- likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €1,000,000
- €450,000 to €990,000
Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 67% of their published estimate, half of them between 45% and 99%, based on 96 awards of the last 3 years.
Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
