This procedure is a selection with public invitation under Bulgarian rules (Chapter Four of the FESLI Act and Ordinance No 4 of 2024) and covers construction works. The works consist of building a photovoltaic power plant for the contracting authority's own needs, comprising photovoltaic panels combined with inverters with a total capacity of 30 kW, together with local energy storage facilities in the form of batteries combined with inverters with a total capacity of 102.4 kW. The procedure is carried out under grant agreement BG16RFPR001-2.004-0771-C01, following preparation of the public invitation procedure in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the requirements of the Managing Authority, and the Guidelines for implementation of grant contracts under the Public Finance and Audit Act programme.
