Description

Predmetom tejto zákazky je obstaranie združenej dodávky zemného plynu do odberných miest (OM) verejného obstarávateľa v kvalite a podmienkach v súlade s technickými podmienkami prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete (PDS) a platnou legislatívou Slovenskej republiky. Predmet zákazky pozostáva z: • dodávky komodity: zemný plyn v predpokladanom objeme 12 230,040 MWh; • zodpovednosti za odchýlku: hospodársky subjekt v plnom rozsahu preberá zodpovednosť za odchýlku podľa nariadenia vlády č. 269/2022 Z. z. a prevádzkového poriadku zúčtovateľa odchýlok; • distribúcie a prepravy: zabezpečenie prístupu do distribučnej sústavy a prepravnej siete vrátane úhrady všetkých súvisiacich poplatkov tretím stranám; (ďalej aj ako „predmet zákazky“ v príslušnom gramatickom tvare). Predmet zákazky je bližšie špecifikovaný v Kapitole B.1.1 až B.1.3 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
