Description

Predmetom zákazky je združená dodávka elektrickej energie do odberných miest (OM) verejného obstarávateľa v kvalite a podmienkach v súlade s technickými podmienkami prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy (PDS) a platnou legislatívou Slovenskej republiky. Predmet zákazky pozostáva z: • dodávky komodity: elektrická energia v predpokladanom objeme 10 474 470 kWh do odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa; • zodpovednosti za odchýlku: hospodársky subjekt v plnom rozsahu preberá zodpovednosť za odchýlku verejného obstarávateľa za všetky jeho odberné miesta, a to v súlade s príslušnými ustanoveniami zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike v znení neskorších predpisov, vyhlášky Úradu pre reguláciu sieťových odvetví č. 207/2023 Z. z., ktorou sa ustanovujú pravidlá pre fungovanie vnútorného trhu s elektrinou, v znení neskorších predpisov, a príslušného prevádzkového poriadku organizátora krátkodobého trhu s elektrinou; • distribúcie prenosu elektriny: zabezpečenie prístupu do distribučnej sústavy a distribúcie elektriny vrátane zabezpečenia súvisiacich služieb a úhrady príslušných poplatkov tretím stranám. Predmet zákazky je bližšie špecifikovaný v Kapitole B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
