Predmet zákazky tvorí dodávka zemného plynu, skoordinovanie a zabezpečenie prepravy a distribúcie plynu, resp. poskytovanie systémových služieb v kvalite garantovanej technickými podmienkami prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2029 pre verejného obstarávateľa a ďalších verejných obstarávateľov pristupujúcich k verejnému obstarávaniu na základe podmienok stanovených v súťažných podkladoch v predpokladanom množstve. Predpokladané množstvo počas trvania zmluvného vzťahu (MWh) S P O L U: 29 128,79. Predmet zákazky je špecifikovaný v prílohe B.1.: Opis predmetu obstarávania a v prílohe č. 2 SP: Zoznam odberných miest s predpokladaným množstvom odberu zemného plynu.
