Description

Predmetom zákazky je Zvýšenie prevádzkovej efektívnosti energetického hospodárstva a kvality vnútorného prostredia Zdravotníckeho zariadenia Jazero. Predmetom zákazky je komplexná realizácia opatrení zameraných na zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti, modernizáciu technických zariadení budovy, zvýšenie kvality vnútorného prostredia a zlepšenie stavebno-technického stavu objektu budovy Zdravotníckeho zariadenia Jazero pri zachovaní prevádzky objektu. (ďalej tiež len „predmet zákazky“). Predmet zákazky bude realizovaný formou projektu Design & Build s financovaním a garanciou energetických úspor, pri ktorom úspešný uchádzač zabezpečí návrh technického riešenia, projektovú prípravu, financovanie investície, realizáciu opatrení, poskytovanie služieb energetického manažmentu počas obdobia garancie a zaručí dosiahnutie zmluvne dohodnutých energetických úspor. Rozsah zákazky zahŕňa komplexné zabezpečenie všetkých činností potrebných na návrh, prípravu, financovanie, realizáciu a prevádzkovú podporu opatrení na zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti objektu. Úspešný uchádzač zabezpečí najmä: a) vypracovanie Detailnej špecifikácie technického riešenia, vrátane všetkých stupňov projektovej dokumentácie potrebných pre povoľovacie konania a realizáciu stavby, b) zabezpečenie kompletnej inžinierskej činnosti vrátane získania všetkých potrebných stanovísk, vyjadrení, povolení a kolaudačného rozhodnutia, c) financovanie realizácie opatrení, d) realizáciu všetkých navrhnutých opatrení, e) uvedenie zariadení do prevádzky, f) odovzdanie dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia, g) poskytovanie služieb energetického manažmentu počas celej doby garancie, h) priebežné vyhodnocovanie dosahovaných úspor, i) garanciu dosiahnutia zmluvne dohodnutých úspor energie počas celej doby garancie.
