Predmetom je modernizácia jestvujúcej budovy školy a novostavba budovy pre umiestnenie odborných učební a reprezentačných priestorov pre potreby Strednej zdravotníckej školy. Stavba je rozdelená na samostatne fungujúce časti / stavebné objekty podľa účelu. Hlavným zámerom investora je vytvorenie podmienok pre možnosť skvalitnenia podmienok vyučovacieho procesu formou modernizácie súčasných priestorov SZŠ v historickej budove a vybudovanie nových objektov pre potreby školy, tak aby zodpovedali súčasným požiadavkám a nárokom na výučbu na strednej odbornej škole. Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v dokumentácii, ktoré zároveň predstavujú aj súčasť tohto opisu predmetu zákazky (Príloha č. 7 súťažných podkladov).
