Description

Predmet zákazky zahŕňa rekonštrukciu existujúcej športovej haly vrátane súvisiacich búracích prác, stavebných úprav a modernizácie technických zariadení budovy. Súčasťou realizácie je najmä rekonštrukcia obvodového plášťa a strešnej konštrukcie objektu, úprava vnútorných priestorov vrátane šatní, hygienických zariadení a tribún, realizácia novej športovej podlahy, ako aj rekonštrukcia a doplnenie technických rozvodov objektu. Predmet zákazky zároveň zahŕňa realizáciu nového zdroja tepla s využitím systému tepelných čerpadiel vrátane zhotovenia vŕtaných studní, areálových rozvodov studničnej vody a súvisiacich technologických zariadení. Rozsah a technické riešenie stavby sú podrobne definované v projektovej dokumentácii, ktorú vypracovala spoločnosť HajPo, s.r.o. a Ing. arch. Vlasta Illievová-Santa, a tvorí súčasť súťažných podkladov a podľa ktorej bude realizácia vykonaná. Zhotoviteľ je povinný zabezpečiť realizáciu diela v súlade s projektovou dokumentáciou, platnými technickými normami a právnymi predpismi vrátane zabezpečenia vytýčenia inžinierskych sietí, vykonania potrebných skúšok a revízií, riadneho nakladania s odpadmi a odovzdania funkčného a prevádzkyschopného diela objednávateľovi. Na zhotoviteľa sa prenáša povinnosť zabezpečiť realizáciu všetkých činností, prác a opatrení vyplývajúcich z podmienok uvedených v stavebnom povolení a zo záväzných stanovísk dotknutých orgánov, ktorými je viazaný objednávateľ ako stavebník. Ďalšie podrobnosti sú uvedené v časti B.1 OPIS predmetu zákazky týchto súťažných podkladov a v projektovej dokumentácií, ktorá tvorí prílohu č. 4 SP.
