Description

Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných úprav, rekonštrukcie dotknutých častí objektu KH Palace, realizácia novej prístavby bazénovej haly, wellness a balneoterapeutických prevádzok vrátane súvisiacich technologických celkov a dopracovania projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby. Predmet zákazky je zameraný najmä na rekonštrukciu a stavebné úpravy vybraných podzemných podlaží objektu KH Palace, realizáciu nových wellness a balneologických prevádzok, technologického zázemia a prístavby bazénovej haly vrátane súvisiacich stavebných, technologických a krajinárskych úprav. Projekt predstavuje strategickú investíciu do obnovy a rozvoja kúpeľného areálu Sliač s cieľom vytvoriť moderné liečebno-relaxačné centrum rešpektujúce historickú hodnotu objektu, kúpeľnú tradíciu lokality a súčasné požiadavky na wellness, rehabilitačné a balneologické prevádzky. Objekt KH Palace je národnou kultúrnou pamiatkou evidovanou v Ústrednom zozname pamiatkového fondu SR. Všetky zásahy musia rešpektovať historické, architektonické a kultúrne hodnoty objektu a jeho bezprostredného prostredia. Projekt bude realizovaný systémom generálneho zhotoviteľa v princípoch „Žltého FIDIC“, pričom predmetom zákazky je: - dopracovanie realizačnej projektovej dokumentácie, - koordinácia všetkých profesií, - realizácia stavebných častí, - realizácia wellness a balneo technológií, - uvedenie technológií do prevádzky, - vykonanie komplexných skúšok, - odovzdanie plne funkčného technologického a prevádzkového celku, - a zabezpečenie dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia. Podrobnejší opis predmetu zákazky tvorí prílohu č. 1 súťažných podkladov. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa všetky projektové, inžinierske, stavebné, montážne, technologické, koordinačné a súvisiace činnosti, dodávky, zariadenia, materiály a práce potrebné na dosiahnutie úplného, funkčného, bezpečného a prevádzkyschopného výsledku diela, a to aj v prípade, ak nie sú jednotlivo explicitne uvedené v opise predmetu zákazky alebo vo výkaze výmer, pokiaľ ich potreba objektívne vyplýva zo zadávacej dokumentácie, funkcie diela alebo z riadneho odborného vykonania predmetu zákazky.
