Description

Predmetom zákazky je modernizácia rozvodov vykurovania a sociálnych zariadení pre študentov spolu s vytvorením nových sociálnych zariadení pre študentov a s tým spojené stavebné úpravy. Pozemok na ktorom je plánovaná výstavba je tvoreným parcelou C-KN 1801/1, ktorá je vo vlastníctve Prešovského samosprávneho kraja, správcom pozemkov a budov školy je investor, SOŠ Garbiarska. Areál SOŠ sa nachádza v zastavanom území mesta Kežmarok, neďaleko centra mesta, hneď za hranicou pamiatkovej rezervácie. Areál sa skladá z viacerých budov, predmetom PD sú tri školské objekty v južnej časti areálu. Stavebnými úpravami nedôjde k zhoršeniu životného prostredia v lokalite a ani sa výrazne nezvýši zaťaženie na životné prostredie. Stavebné úpravy nepredstavujú zmenu obvodových konštrukcií objektu, ani zmenu veľkostných parametrov stavby.
