Predmetom zákazky je: 1) Rekonštrukcia strechy - Demontáž oplechovania - Demontáž strešných vpustí a prečistenie odpadov - Vyčistenie strechy a zhotovenie novej strešnej krytiny vrátane dodania a montáže strešných vpustí a oplechovania - Odstránenie náterov odkvapov a zhotovenie nových náterov 2) Výmena presklených výplní - Demontáž okien a dverí kovových + vysklievanie skla s drôtenou vložkou - Dodanie a montáž okien a dverí hliníkových - Dodanie a montáž priestorových viazaných konštrukcií z reziva + nátery - Dodanie a montáž parapetov Al a keramických - Výsadba rastlín a s tým súvisiace práce 3) Podhľady - Dodanie a montáž nosnej konštrukcie pre podhľad - Dodanie a montáž obloženia stropov - Elektromontáže 4) Oprava omietok a nátery - Otlčenie omietok - Vyčistenie pohľadových panelov - Zhotovenie vonkajších omietok vrátane prípravy podkladu - Odstránenie náterov z doplnkových kovových konštrukcií a zhotovenie nových náterov - Odstránenie náterov zo stolárskych výrobkov a zhotovenie nových náterov - Dodanie a montáž informačných tabúľ 5) Bleskozvod (demontáž a spätná montáž).
