Stavebné práce sú nutné z dôvodu inštalácie zdravotníckych prístrojov, ktoré si vyžadujú špecifické úpravy na základe technologických projektov (radiačná ochrana, priestorové usporiadanie a i.). Predmetné zdravotnícke prístroje sú obstarávané z finančných zdrojov Plánu obnovy a odolnosti, stavebná pripravenosť je podmienkou ich inštalácie a následného prefinancovania z MZSR. Stavebné práce sú predmetom udržiavacích prác, nie je potrebné ohlásenie stavby. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je v súťažných podkladoch B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky a B.2 Spôsob určenia ceny.
