Description

Predmetom zákazky je - Technická podpora IS NASP, ktorá zahŕňa: a) riešenie požiadaviek zaslaných centrálnym dispečingom (Service Desk), b) konzultácie pre kľúčových používateľov ohľadom funkcionality systému, c) súčinnosť pri riešení problémov súvisiacich s APV, d) odstraňovanie chýb (incidentov), e) prijímanie a realizácia požiadaviek na zmeny, ktoré nezasahujú významne do funkcionality systému v rozsahu maximálne 5 ČD mesačne, f) inštalácia nových verzií APV. - Rozvoj IS NASP, ktorý zahŕňa: a) zapracovávanie legislatívnych zmien, b)zapracovávanie zmenových požiadaviek verejného obstarávateľa a úpravy v IS NASP a to v rozsahu, termínoch a spôsobom podľa časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov. - Tranzícia pre IS NASP za podmienok dohodnutých v časti B.2 Obchodné podmienky poskytnutia predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
