Mesto Liptovský Mikuláš realizuje projekt „Smart život a služby v meste Liptovský Mikuláš“, ktorý predstavuje kľúčovú iniciatívu na vytvorenie Integračnej platformy služieb (IPS) ako centrálneho piliera digitálneho riadenia mesta. Projekt reaguje na roztrieštenosť dát v oddelených systémoch a absenciu jednotného digitálneho kanála pre obyvateľov. Cieľom je prepojenie mestských služieb, organizácií a obyvateľov do jednotného digitálneho prostredia. Predmetom zákazky je dodanie, implementácia a integrácia komplexného súboru softvérových, aplikačných a technologických riešení, vrátane hardvérových komponentov, ktoré umožnia mestu Liptovský Mikuláš vybudovať Integračnú platformu služieb (IPS) a poskytovať digitálne služby obyvateľom. Riešenie bude zahŕňať: - Integračná platforma služieb (IPS) - centrálne jadro pre zber, správu, spracovanie, prepájanie dát a analytiku - Modul Systém správy verejnej dopravy - evidencia zastávok, vozidiel, cestovných oprávnení - Modul Obslužný systém - centrálna evidencia vstupov, rezervácií, kapacít a vyťaženosti mestských prevádzok - Modul Správa mobilnej aplikácie - CMS nástroj na správu obsahu, štruktúry a dizajnu mobilnej aplikácie bez zásahu do kódu - Mobilná aplikácia obyvateľa - natívna iOS/Android aplikácia s Kontom obyvateľa (IAM), komunitami, podnetmi, anketami, participatívnym rozpočtom - Modul Systém správy dát a informácií úradu - CMS pre portál mesta vrátane 10 elektronických formulárov životných situácií (z toho 5 najpoužívanejších e-formulárov životných situácií integrovaných s ÚPVS) - Modul Webový portál mesta - responzívny frontend s Kontom obyvateľa, elektronickými formulármi a životnými situáciami - Modul Web pre návštevníkov - samostatný turistický portál s interaktívnou mapou, atrakciami, AI prekladom a rezervačnými integráciami - IoT zariadenia - LoRaWAN sieť (brány), senzory počítania ľudí (PIR/LoRaWAN), vstupný turniket (nerezový trojramenný), digitálne úradné tabule - Integrácia a API - REST API, OpenAPI 3.0, Open Data na data.gov.sk, napojenie na CoraGeo, Park Dots, OOCR Liptov, ÚPVS, MIRRI analytická vrstva Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky tvorí prílohu č. 3 SP.
