Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie technickej služby v súlade s § 7 ods. 1 zákona č. 473/2005 Z. z. o poskytovaní služieb v oblasti súkromnej bezpečnosti a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (zákon o súkromnej bezpečnosti) v súlade s ďalšími súvisiacimi všeobecne záväznými právnymi predpismi na integrovanom bezpečnostnom systéme a jeho podsystémoch v objektoch verejného obstarávateľa. Zabezpečenie vykonávania pravidelných odborných prehliadok a odborných skúšok integrovaného bezpečnostného systému a vykonávanie pozáručného operatívneho servisu na bezpečnostných a poplachových systémoch a zariadeniach nainštalovaných v objektoch verejného obstarávateľa. Predmetom technickej služby je okrem pravidelnej údržby a operatívneho servisu aj: a) modernizácia, rozšírenie a komplexná výmena existujúcich systémov IBS a ich integrácia do softvérového prostredia C4, b) vypracovanie technických riešení a realizačnej projektovej dokumentácie pre zmeny v systémoch, c) montáž a inštalácia nových technologických prvkov vrátane ich oživenia a konfigurácie, d) výmena technologicky zastaraných celkov za moderné ekvivalenty pri zachovaní plnej kompatibility s existujúcou infraštruktúrou.
