Description

Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie celodennej stravy pre pacientov a zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa. Zákazka pozostáva z: • poskytovania stravovania pre zamestnancov, • poskytoavania stravovania pre pacientov, • poskytovania služieb stravovania, ktoré zahŕňa: o prípravu stravy dodávateľom mimo priestorov verejného obstarávateľa, o dodávku (dovoz) stravy na miesto výdaja stravy, o výdaj stravy zamestnancom verejného obstarávateľa za účelom konzumácie alebo rozvozu pacientom verejného obstarávateľa. Verejný obstarávateľ zároveň prenecháva nebytové priestory špecifikované v článku 6 prílohy č. 1 týchto súťažných podkladov, do dočasného užívania dodávateľovi stravy ako nájomcovi, za účelom prevádzkovania bufetu, mimo času výdaja stravy zamestnancom verejného obstarávateľa. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane opisu predmetu zákazky je uvedené v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky, v špecifikácii predmetu zákazky (Príloha č. 1 týchto súťažných podkladov) a v návrhu zmluvy (Príloha č. 3 týchto súťažných podkladov).
