Predmetom plnenia je Vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu systému centrálneho monitoringu sietí a systémov ICS lokalít EMO12, MO34, EBO, VE, ENO a EVO. Systém centrálneho monitoringu bude jeden spoločný pre všetky lokality, avšak projektová dokumentácia bude vypracovaná pre každú lokalitu individuálne, minimálne v nasledovnom rozsahu: - Realizačný projekt (vypracovaný pre každú lokalitu samostatne), - Harmonogram resp. časový odhad trvania realizačných etáp a jednotlivých pracovných, kontrolných a skúšobných činností, - Technicko-obchodná špecifikácia (TOŠ), v ktorej budú detailne definované kompletné dodávky HW a SW vrátane rozsahu potrebných prác a cien, - Technologický postup montáže, - Posúdenie rizika z výkonu prác (ako samostatný dokument), - Bezpečný pracovný postup BPP (vypracovaný pre každú lokalitu samostatne), - Plán BOZP, - Plán nakladania s odpadmi, - Plán kontrol a skúšok PKS, - Programy skúšok PKV a KV, - Postup pre uvedenie systému monitoringu do prevádzky vrátane postupu jeho konfigurácie a procedúr v procese „učenia sa“ systému, - Predpisy pre prevádzku, obsluhu a údržbu systému a dodaných zariadení vrátane postupov odoziev na incidenty (incident response), - Dokumentácia vyplývajúca zo všeobecných bezpečnostných štandardov spoločnosti Slovenské elektrárne, a.s. v oblasti kybernetickej bezpečnosti, architektúrnych a technologických štandardov ICS, vrátane dokumentu Kybernetická bezpečnosť, - Návrh revízií častí prevádzkovej dokumentácie odberateľa dotknutých projektovou zmenou, predovšetkým technologických prevádzkových predpisov, schém architektúry a topológie dotknutých systémov ICS v závislosti na projektovom riešení dodávateľa, - Dokumentácia pre požiarnu bezpečnosť stavby, posúdenie vplyvu realizácie na zmenu charakteru požiarnej bezpečnosti alebo zvýšenie požiarneho zaťaženia stavby - v prípade, ak vyplynie z projektového riešenia dodávateľa. Vypracovaná projektová dokumentácia pre realizáciu bude zahŕňať predovšetkým: - detailné posúdenie jednotlivých sietí a systémov ICS lokalít EMO12, MO34, EBO, VE, ENO, EVO za účelom návrhu technického riešenia a implementácie vhodných SW nástrojov pre centrálny monitoring prevádzky a bezpečnosti technologických sietí ICS, - technické riešenie systému centrálneho monitoringu prevádzky a bezpečnosti technologických sietí ICS, - technické riešenie nevyhnutných úprav dotknutých sietí a systémov ICS pre ich pripojenie do systému monitoringu, - technické riešenie pripojenia dotknutých ICS do systému monitoringu. Cieľom daného projektu je vytvorenie systému centrálneho monitoringu prevádzky a bezpečnosti technologických sietí priemyselných riadiacich systémov ICS s detekciou potenciálnych kybernetických bezpečnostných hrozieb, ktorý bude monitorovať pripojené ICS lokalít EMO12, MO34, EBO, VE, ENO a EVO. Zavedením centrálneho monitoringu ICS bude dosiahnuté zvýšenie úrovne kybernetickej bezpečnosti ICS jednotlivých lokalít, plnenie požiadaviek platnej legislatívy SR a externých auditov kybernetickej bezpečnosti z r. 2021 a 2023.
