Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie dodávok elektrickej energie do odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa a do odberných miest rezortných organizácii MPRV SR vrátane prepravy, distribúcie a ostatných regulovaných služieb, ako aj vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, a to v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi Slovenskej republiky, technickými podmienkami a prevádzkovým poriadkom prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, s garanciou dodávok v predpokladanom dohodnutom množstve 66 840,54 MWh po dobu plnenia rámcovej dohody.
