Predmetom zákazky je dodanie diela, ktorého kľúčovými komponentami sú moduly: 1. Portál farmára (Personalizovaný portálový komponent) • Zabezpečuje autentifikáciu a autorizáciu farmára • Personalizované zobrazenie obsahu • Prístup k notifikáciám, správam, podaniam a úlohám • Webové rozhranie a mobilný pohľad pre základné funkcie 2. Farmársky Evidenčný Systém (FES) • Obsahuje komponenty na evidenciu poľnohospodárskej činnosti • Zahŕňa denníky, záznamy, výstupy pre žiadosti a kontroly 3. Rezortný GIS • Mapový klient so schopnosťou pracovať s WMS/WFS zdrojmi, lokálnymi datasetmi aj geopriestorovými nástrojmi • Napojený na DeoHub štátnej správy, referenčné registre a rezortné databázy (LPIS, CRHZ,...) • Interaktívne nástroje pre zakresľovanie plôch, identifikáciu vrstiev, geolokáciu fariem.
