Description

Predmet javnega naročila je zagotavljanje storitev tiskanja na način: - najema večjega števila multifunkcijskih naprav in tiskalnikov, vključno z ustrezno programsko opremo (čitalci za prijavo in upravljanje naprav oz. nadzor tiskanja) ter - vzdrževanja najetih multifunkcijskih naprav in tiskalnikov, vključno z materialom za tiskanje (z izjemo papirja za tiskanje). Pogodba se sklene za obdobje 62 mesecev, predvidoma od 01.11.2025 do 31.12.2030 oz. 62 mesecev od datuma sklenitve pogodbe, če bo ta kasneje kot 01.11.2025, kar vključuje dvomesečno prehodno obdobje za namestitev naprav (dostavo in inštalacijo oziroma usposobitev za uporabo). Naročniki: 2) HSE Invest d.o.o., 3) ECE d.o.o., 4) Energija Plus d.o.o. ter 5) Termoelektrarna Šoštanj d.o.o. na podlagi 1. in 2. odstavka 33. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15 z vsemi spremembami; v nadaljevanju ZJN-3) (priložnostno skupno javno naročanje) pooblaščajo naročnika Holding Slovenske elektrarne d.o.o. (v nadaljevanju: HSE) za izvedbo in odločanje v postopku predmetnega javnega naročila. HSE bo kot družba pooblaščenka javno naročilo izvedla v svojem imenu za svoj račun ter v imenu in za račun vseh zgoraj navedenih naročnikov, skupaj torej za pet (5) družb. V nadaljevanju se uporablja izraz »naročnik« za vseh pet (5) družb naročnikov predmetnega javnega naročila, vključno s HSE ter izraz »posamezni naročnik« za vsako družbo naročnika posebej, razen če je v tekstu izrecno dru-gače opredeljeno. HSE je nosilec poslovnega procesa podpornega centra službe informatike za več družb skupine HSE (Dravske elek-trarne Maribor d.o.o. (DEM), Soške elektrarne Nova Gorica d.o.o. (SENG) ter RGP d.o.o. (RGP)), zato se storitve tiskanja po tem javnem naročilu zagotavljajo tako formalnim naročnikom v tem postopku javnega naročila (HSE, HSE Invest, ECE, E+ in TEŠ) kot tudi navedenim odvisnim družbam (DEM, SENG in RGP). Pri oddaji javnega naročila bo upoštevana Uredba o zelenem javnem naročanju.
