Description

Izdelava in posodobitev aplikacij, sistemov, spletišč in platform - Vzpostavitev mobilne in spletne aplikacije za raziskovalne ankete Inštituta za slovenski jezik Frana Ramovša s 6-mesečno tehnično-vzdrževalno podporo. Naročnik bo vzpostavil spletne aplikacije v mobilni in namizni izvedbi, katerih namen je zbirnik različnih raziskovalnih anket Inštituta ter promoviranje anket skozi igrifikacijo izpolnjevanja anket. Uporabniki z izpolnjevanjem anket Inštituta zbirajo točke, ki jih lahko nato pri Inštitutu unovčijo za fizične nagrade. Aplikacija bo omogočala uporabo različnih virov anket, ki jih uporablja Inštitut. Naročnik bo lahko samostojno preko administracijskega vsebinskega vmesnika izvedel integracijo anket, vnesel opise, povezave, točkoval ankete ter podeljeval nagrade. Mobilna aplikacija mora biti pripravljeni za operacijska sistema iOS 16+ in Android 14+. Projekt obsega dve fazi: 1. faza: Aplikacija naj omogoča naročniku v administracijskem vsebinskem vmesniku objavljanje aktivnih anket, urejanje opisa anket, dodanje povezave, urejanje vrstnega reda anket, nastavitev trajanja ankete. 2. faza:  Aplikacija naj omogoča registracijo uporabnikov, za katero se uporabi naročnikov sistem za upravljanje uporabnikov, ki je že uporabljen na portalu Fran.si  Mobilna aplikacija naj omogoča potisna sporočila, ko je objavljena nova anketa;  V aplikaciji naj se določijo pogoji točkovanja (enkratno ali večkratno reševanje, točkovna vrednost ankete) ter nastavi mejnik točk, potrebnih za nagrado; Spletno mesto in zaledni sistem bosta postavljena na infrastrukturi, ki jo zagotovi naročnik. Izvajalec poskrbi za objavo mobilnih aplikacij na Google Play in App Store in s tem povezano koordinacijo pri pripravi potrebnih spremljevalnih vsebin (izvajalec sporoči tehnične zahteve za ikono, predstavitev aplikacije ipd., kar je smiselno, da pripravi naročnik). Delovanje mobilne aplikacije v nepovezanem načinu ni zahtevano. Naročnik zagotovi oblikovno predlogo, naloga izvajalca je, da jo uporabi in pripravi za uporabniški vmesnik za namizno spletno in mobilno aplikacijo. Izvajalec izvede izobraževanje o uporabi za administratorje sistema in zagotovi 6-mesečno tehnično-vzdrževalno podporo.
