Description

Predmet javnega naročila je projektiranje, dobava, montaža oziroma postavitev, testiranje in zagon sončne elektrarne Zagorje ob Savi z inštalirano močjo 1,38 MWp ter pripadajočega baterijskega hranilnika električne energije (BHEE) moči 1,25 MW in kapacitete 5 MWh, z vso potrebno opremo za delovanje in vodenje ter povezavo v nadzorni center HSE. Naročilo bo izvedeno na območju zaprtega odlagališča komunalnih odpadkov Kamnolom Zagorje v občini Zagorje ob Savi. Naročilo med drugim vključuje fotonapetostne module, razsmernike, podkonstrukcijo s prefabriciranimi armiranobetonskimi temelji, kabelske povezave, ozemljitve in strelovodno zaščito, BHEE, transformatorsko postajo s transformatorjem moči 1,6 MVA ter potrebno SN in NN opremo. Vključena so tudi gradbena dela, odvodnjavanje in predvideni sanacijski ukrepi odlagališča, ureditev vzdrževalnih poti in ograje, priključitev na srednje napetostno (SN) distribucijsko omrežje, izvedba telekomunikacijskih povezav v skladu s soglasjem za priključitev in podobno. Izbrani ponudnik mora izdelati vso potrebno dokumentacijo, vključno s projektom za izvedbo (PZI), projektom izvedenih del (PID), dokazilom o zanesljivosti objekta (DZO) ter navodili za obratovanje in vzdrževanje (NOV). Izvesti mora potrebne preizkuse, meritve, zagon in usposabljanje osebja ter vse ostale aktivnosti v okviru svojega pogodbenega obsega, potrebne za uspešno izvedbo tehničnega pregleda in pridobitev uporabnega dovoljenja. Naročilo se izvede po načelu »ključ v roke«, po pogodbenih pogojih FIDIC Rumene knjige, izdaja 1999 (v nadaljevanju pogodba ali pogodbena dokumentacija). Naročnik si prizadeva, da bi bilo predmetno javno naročilo sofinancirano s sredstvi Evropske unije iz Sklada za pravični prehod (JTF) v okviru Programa evropske kohezijske politike v obdobju 2021-2027 v Sloveniji. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij - tehničnega dela dokumentacije, ki je poleg pogodbene dokumentacije in specifikacije ponudbe, del zaprtega dela dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila (v nadaljevanju: zaprti del), ki jo zainteresirani ponudniki pridobijo po pravilih te dokumentacije. Dvig zaprtega dela dokumentacije in ogled lokacije s strani ponudnikov sta pogoja za oddajo ponudbe.
