Im Rahmen der Neubeschaffung von 37 Triebzügen mit Vollrädern wird die Anschaffung einer eigenen modernen Radsatzpresse als sinnvoll erachtet. Durch den Einsatz dieser Presse können die erforderlichen Arbeiten direkt im eigenen Werk durchgeführt werden. Dies steigert nicht nur die Unabhängigkeit von externen Dienstleistern, sondern ermöglicht auch eine wirtschaftlichere Abwicklung der Instandhaltungs- und Montagearbeiten.
