Description

Die Matterhorn Gotthard Verkehrs AG (MGBahn) beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von 10 Containertragwagen. Die Fahrzeuge werden in einer ersten Einsatzphase für die Baustellenlogistik im Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten Bau der Gornerli-Staumauer oberhalb Zermatt verwendet. Dabei müssen die Wagen den betrieblichen und technischen Anforderungen der Strecke Visp-Findelbach entsprechen und uneingeschränkt auf dieser Relation eingesetzt werden können. Nach Abschluss der Baustellentransporte ist vorgesehen, die Containertragwagen in die bestehende Güterwagenflotte der MGBahn zu übernehmen. Ziel ist es, mit den neuen Fahrzeugen den bestehenden Wagenpark schrittweise zu erneuern und veraltete Güterwagen ausser Betrieb zu nehmen. Aufgrund fehlender interner Ressourcen beabsichtigt die MGBahn, einen externen Projektleiter zu mandatieren, welcher die Beschaffung der Fahrzeuge gesamthaft koordiniert und fachlich begleitet.
