Die Unterstützung kann sich dabei je nach Los auf Personalverleih oder Dienstleistungen beziehen. Der Leistungsbezug soll mit verschiedenen Partnern auf der Grundlage von Rahmenverträgen organisiert werden. Für die individuellen Abrufe von Unterstützungsleistungen werden jeweils Mini Tender zwischen den Rahmenvertragspartnern durchgeführt und Einzelverträge abgeschlossen.
