Seit September 2007 nutzt Swissgrid Salesforce zur zentralen Verwaltung ihrer Kundengruppen und Stakeholder. Die Umgebung hat sich seither von einer isolierten Anwendung zu einer zentralen, integralen Plattform entwickelt, die als massgebliche Datendrehscheibe und Masterdatenquelle für diverse Fachanwendungen dient. Über spezifische Portale unterstützt die Plattform zudem betriebliche Prozesse und gewährleistet die kooperative und effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern. Swissgrid sucht kompetente, erfahrene und zuverlässige Anbieterinnen, die in der Lage sind, für die aktuell bestehende Lösung einen umfassenden 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support in Deutsch zu erbringen, Swissgrid bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen zeitnah zu unterstützen und Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen zu übernehmen. Das ausgeschriebene Los 2 beinhaltet: * Entwickeln von neuen Anwendungen auf Basis von Requirements Dokumentation in Form eines Business Requests. * Onboarding Swissgrid und Salesforce Umgebung
