Description

Im Rahmen des Auftrags führt der Auftragnehmer eine für alle Arbeitslosenkassen (ALK) der Schweiz repräsentative Prozessaufwandanalyse in ausgewählten ALK durch. Der Auftrag umfasst folgende Aufgaben: Die Identifikation der relevanten Arbeitslosenkassen für die Durchführung der Analyse. Die Erfassung und Dokumentation der detaillierten Prozesse sowie Aktivitäten der ALK. Für die IT-gestützten Prozesse innerhalb von ASAL 2.0 liegen diese bereits vor (siehe Beilage 2). Leistungen, die nicht durch ASAL 2.0 abgedeckt werden, sind zu erfassen, prüfen und zu dokumentieren. Die Definierung von Leistungsindikatoren basierend auf den Leistungen und Prozessen. Die Erhebung der Zeitaufwände für die einzelnen Leistungsindikatoren. Die Prüfung der Vergleichbarkeit mit Ergebnissen früherer Erhebungen sowie deren Berücksichtigung. Die Festlegung von Leistungspunkten für die im LIK definierten Leistungsindikatoren, basierend auf den erhobenen Daten. Die Auftraggeberin unterstützt den Auftragnehmer bei der Umsetzung des Auftrags. Sie beteiligt sich an der Festlegung der Auswahl der Arbeitslosenkassen, in denen die Analyse durchgeführt werden soll, stellt die erforderlichen Kontakte zu den ALK her und gewährleistet deren Zusammenarbeit.
