Description

Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Sicherstellung der Microsoft-Lizenzierung gemäss der im Jahr 2025 neu definierten Lizenzierungsstrategie. Gesucht wird ein Lizenzierungspartner, der dem Kantonsspital Winterthur die erforderlichen Lizenzen für die Jahre 2026 bis 2028 zuverlässig, wirtschaftlich und in der gewünschten Ausgestaltung zur Verfügung stellt. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ermittelt das KSW einen Lizenzierungspartner für die Jahre 2026-2028 (Los 1) sowie ein Lizenzlieferant für Einzellizenzen für das Jahr 2025 (Los 2) Um den steigenden Kostendruck im Gesundheitswesen zu adressieren und die IT-Ausgaben in den kommenden Jahren möglichst tief zu halten, sollen bestimmte Microsoft Office-Lizenzen als geprüfte Used-Lizenzen beschafft werden. Dieses Los umfasst die Lieferung solcher Lizenzen, die in rechtlicher und technischer Hinsicht vollumfänglich konform und einsatzfähig sind.
