Description

In der Kehrichtverwertungsanlage Basel (KVA), sind ABB Prozesskontroller AC450 im Einsatz. Diese werden von ABB nicht mehr unterstützt/gewartet, sind daher am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer und müssen ersetzt werden. Der Kontroller-Ersatz wird in 2 unabhängigen Losen vergeben: - Los 1: Notwendige Hardware für Kontroller und IO-Stationen inklusive Schnittstellen. - Los 2: Softwaremigration bestehende Kontroller AC450 zu AC800M. Das Übersetzen der alten Software muss ohne Anpassung der verfahrenstechnischen Funktionen erfolgen. Ersetzt werden 5 AC450-Kontroller mit Nodenamen 22, 32, 41, 42 und 51. Eingesetzt werden neue ABB-Kontroller vom Typ AC800M PM866AK02. Die heute in Betrieb befindlichen, nicht redundanten AF100 Busse zu den S800 Peripherie Custer, müssen durch redundante Profibus-DP-Verbindungen ersetzt werden, inklusive der S800 Profibus-DP-Kopfmodule. Weiter sind die bestehenden Verbindungen zur Fremdperipherie (Kesselsicherheit, Stützbrennersteuerung, Krananlage, Turbine und div. Touchpanels) auf dem AC800M zu realisieren. Dies betrifft die seriellen Schnittstellen mit 3964(R) und RK512-Stack sowie Modbus RTU. Diese Verbindungsarten sollen vorerst mit den AC800M beibehalten und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt situativ durch Profinet ersetzt werden. Die dazu notwendigen Profibus DP Gateways sind zu beschaffen und zu implementieren.; Der bestehende AC450 AMPL-Code (Advant MasterPiece Language) lehnt sich an eine leicht veränderte ABB APC-Library an. Für die Migration muss die bereits installierte ABB APC AC800M-Library verwendet werden. Diese wird ausschliesslich für dieses Projekt zur Verfügung gestellt. Der AMPL-Code darf maschinell in Functionblock übersetzt werden. Dabei darf die Funktion des alten Codes nicht verändert werden. Der AMPL-Code darf zur Übersetzung nicht an Drittfirmen weitergegeben werden. Der neu übersetzte AC800M-Code muss die heute bestehenden Datenbanknamen weiterverwenden, so dass nur das AC800M-typische Signalkennzeichen als Suffix angehängt werden darf. Variablennamen im Code sind zu übernehmen. Die bestehende MB300-Schnittstelle muss weiter bestehen bleiben und dient wie bisher zur Querkommunikation zu den anderen Kontrollern. Dabei ist das Übertragungsschema 1:1 so zu übernehmen, dass an den anderen Kontrollern keine Anpassung erfolgen muss. Die letzte Migration des Node 21 hat gezeigt, dass es geht. Für die Vorbereitung und Inbetriebnahme vor Ort steht eine eigene 800xA AC800M-Engineeringstation bereit. Die Inbetriebnahme muss zwingend vor Ort erfolgen. Insbesondere folgende Themen beinhaltet die Migration ebenfalls: - Prozessbildanpassung - Sequenzen - Trends - Schnittstellen zu Fremdgeräten Für Detailinformationen siehe Anhang C1 Leistungsbeschreibung.
