Description

Die bestehende Generation von Aufzeichnungs- und Streaminggeräte hat das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus erreicht bzw. erfüllt die aktuellen Anforderungen an hybride Lehr- und Veranstaltungsformate nicht mehr. Geplant ist die Beschaffung von professionellen Mehrkanal-Aufzeichnungs- und Streaminggeräte. Die Kernanforderungen sind: Mehrkanal-Recording, gleichzeitiges Streaming, Netzwerkintegration, Mehrfensterdarstellung sowie professionelle Fernsteuerungs- und Verwaltungsfunktionen. Die Geräte werden in Hörsälen, Seminarräumen und weiteren AV-Installationen eingesetzt. Die geplante Beschaffung umfasst die Lieferung der Geräte, welche mittels einem Rahmenvertrag während der Vertragsdauer nach Bedarf abgerufen werden können. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden bis zu zwei Rahmenvertragspartner verpflichtet , welche die Universität Bern mit Aufzeichnungs- und Streaminggeräte beliefern sollen. Die einzelnen Projektvergaben sollen mittels Mini-Tenderverfahren erfolgen. Die Installation der Geräte und andere Dienstleistungen sind nicht Teil dieser Ausschreibung.
