Ziel ist es, durch regelmässige Wartung und Instandhaltung einen sicheren, störungsfreien und effizienten Betrieb der Anlagen sicherzustellen. Der Vertragsbeginn ist auf 01.01.2027 vorgesehen. Mit den Wartungsarbeiten sollen insbesondere folgende Ziele erreicht werden: * Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlagen * Reduktion von Störungen und ungeplanten Reparaturen * Sicherstellung einer möglichst langen Lebensdauer der Anlagen * Schaffung einer Grundlage für die Planung zukünftiger Instandsetzungen
