Die im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung zu erbringenden Transportleistungen betreffen zwei Standorte des ZSHKK im Kanton Bern für den Leistungszeitraum vom 01.08.2027 bis 31.07.2032 (5 Jahre). Die Transporte betreffen die folgenden Standorte: 1) Standort Landorf, Köniz 2) Standort Schlössli, Kehrsatz Für diese Standorte sucht das ZSHKK ein zuverlässiges Transportunternehmen für die • Durchführung der Schülerinnen- und Schülertransporte • Transport- und Einsatzkoordination Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen sind durch den Anbieter im Rahmen der ausgeschriebenen Transportdienstleistungen zu erbringen. • Durchführung der Schülerinnen- und Schülertransporte • Transport- und Einsatzkoordination Für die Planung und Koordination der Transporte ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Transportorganisation, den zuständigen Mitarbeitenden der Einrichtung sowie den Erziehungsberechtigten erforderlich. Im Zentrum für Sozial- und Heilpädagogik Landorf Köniz - Schlössli Kehrsatz (ZSHKK) wird der Transportbedarf durch die Einrichtung deklariert; die operative Koordination der Transporte liegt beim jeweiligen Transportanbieter. Der Austausch zwischen Erziehungsberechtigten, Schule und Taxiunternehmen erfolgt über die Kommunikationsplattform KLAPP. Insbesondere bei kurzfristigen Änderungen, beispielsweise bei krankheitsbedingten Abmeldungen eines Kindes am Morgen, werden darüber zeitnah alle beteiligten Stellen informiert, sodass die Transportplanung angepasst werden kann. Die neue Transportorganisation muss auf Schuljahresbeginn für das Schuljahr 2027/2028 per 01. August 2027 bereitstehen.
