Description

Die Stadt Dübendorf führt insgesamt 18 verschiedene Primarschul- und/oder Kindergartenstandorte. Drei Standorte dienen nur der Primarschule, 9 nur dem Kindergarten und an 6 Standorten befinden sich Primarschule und Kindergarten auf dem gleichen Areal. Insgesamt besuchen rund 2’000 Schülerinnen und Schüler den Unterricht in den verschiedenen Schuleinheiten und -stufen. Die Stadt Dübendorf führt einen Teil der Transportfahrten für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit einem bei der Stadt angestellten Fahrer und einem eigenen Schulbus selbst durch. Dies betrifft gewisse Kindergartenfahrten, Therapiefahrten und Fahrten aus den bzw. in die Aussenwachten. Die Stadt Dübendorf wird diese Fahrten auch in Zukunft selbst leisten. Von privaten Unternehmen werden Fahrten in Kindergärten, Aufnahmeklasse und Hort, Therapiefahrten im Rahmen des Regelunterrichts und z.B. in Timeout-Settings durchgeführt. Ausserdem fahren private Unternehmen Schülerinnen und Schüler in externe Sonderschulen, vereinzelt in den sonderpädagogischen Hort und sie übernehmen Transporte von Kindern mit Mobilitätsbeeinträchtigungen (Rollstuhl). Diese Fahrten, die auch zukünftig von privaten Unternehmungen (Anbieterinnen) durchgeführt werden sollen, werden vorliegend, aufgeteilt in Lose, ausgeschrieben. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt aufgrund der Auftragssumme von insgesamt rund CHF 3.15 Mio. über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren mit automatischer Verlängerung um zwei Jahre, sofern nicht fristgemäss gekündigt wird. (Art. 16 IVöB und Anhänge 1 und 2 zur IVöB). Wie bis anhin sollen mehrere private Unternehmen die Aufträge ausführen können. Aus diesem Grund wird der Auftrag in zwei Lose aufgeteilt.
